1) Once an item is shipped, the order CAN NOT be canceled.
2) All sales are FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS! If the plant arrives damaged, you agree to contact the seller within 24 hours. ANYTHING AFTER 24hrs of delivery will NOT be presumed the fault of the seller. FOR EXAMPLE; do not contact the seller 2 weeks later because you killed your plant and want a replacement!
3) It is the RESPONSIBILITY of the buyer to CARE for this plant/cutting.
4) Seller DOES NOT GUARANTEE plant will THRIVE once delivered to the buyer due to buyer's environmental conditions.
5) Seller guarantees all subjects are shipped in healthy conditions as described.
6) Seller is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery mishaps! For Example; if your item is delivered and left outside! It is the buyer's responsibility to receive the item from USPS in a timely manner.
*** PACKAGING:
I pack my plants with utmost care using brand new quality packaging materials (not carrier provided) for your plant's benefit and there is $3 packaging cost added to the shipping fee for the packaging materials.
*** SHIPPING:
I only ship by USPS or FEDEX (FEDEX by request only). I recommend USPS EXPRESS (available at check out). Please NOTE that USPS is still experiencing delays and currently not guaranteeing their delivery date due to pandemic. Estimate Time of Arrival is an estimate only and does not come with a money back guarantee. The best shipping option (though more expensive) is by FEDEX Overnight. If you would like to request for a FEDEX Overnight shipping quote, please leave me a message in the "Note to Seller" when you place your order.
** SHIPPING WARMER ADD-ON:
If you live in an area where the weather is cold, please purchase order a shipping warmer. Adding a shipping warmer to your order is at the buyer's discretion. Please note that the shipping warmer will only last up to 72 hours.
** TRACKING UPDATE:
Please contact the carrier directly for ALL questions regarding the status of your shipment. I do not have any additional information regarding your shipping once I ship your plant.
*** TERMS:
I (the seller) am NOT liable for damage done to the plant by prolonged delivery times, weather, loss in transit or mishandling of packages by the carrier. I will pack the plant with the utmost care, exactly as described and as shown in the listing. While I try my best to carefully package each plant, the buyer understands things may happen beyond the seller's control during transit and that the buyer understands that the seller has no control over what happens to the plant after they are in the possession of the carrier. Please be aware that damages to the plant can occur during shipping. This may include browning/yellowing leaves, bent leaves, and rot on the stem and/or aerial roots. These are live plants that do come with RISKS. There is absolutely no guarantee on them and I (the seller) will not be held responsible once the plant leaves my shop since I cannot control the shipping time, weather condition, shipping handling as well as growing parameters or environment of the plant. While a General Care Guide will be included in the package, it is the buyer's responsibility to do their own research on how to properly take care of the plant that they are buying.
